Shoulder Pain in between Cycles!?!?!

I have been lifting for 3 years now, and I am just finishing up my winter bulking session of deca 250 ew test e 500 ew and dbol @ 30ed wk 1-4 , put on a good 20 pounds of lean muscle and now I am in the middle of my pct of nolva and aifm

Now towards the end of this session my left shoulder is starting to somewhat throb towards the front. obviously its from lifting hard, but I took 2 weeks off and i went back today and did a light chest work out of higher reps and less wieght I felt a little pain but nothing crazy. I assume I am just feeling it now because the deca is wearing off...

I know i should take time off to heal but I really can't see my self out of the gym
I don't want to lose everything I've gained over the winter, so should i just go light and try and maintain and stay toned? because i really don't want this muscle to turn soft on me. If i go to a doctor I know they are just going to advise me to stay the hell out of the gym.....

I know its stupid to keep pushing it and using it, But like most of us stubborn meats heads on this board I just love to gym and most of us still lift with injuries like jack asses lol, and when I don't go to the gym I feel like a waste, right now I am at 5'9 185lb about 13-14% BF and I'm about to start cutting down for the summer. and this injury is going to mess up my plans

eehhhh for my cutting cycle i planned on using winstrol and I am a first time user, from what I've read i heard it can take a toll on the joints...
should I stay away from it? or combine it with Deca, to add some lube....

I need some advice guys thanks!

i know the feeling.. the only advice i can give is dont put off going to see the doc on this one.. i did exactly the same thing for about a year. did not go and the pain would come and go.. finally went in sept and got some shots in it.. too late.. dec 8 going to see a surgeon. more shots.. jan 5 reads mri and i have bone spurs and a bursa that is not giving any clearance at all as well as tendonosis... i will have surgery on the 10th of jan.. will be out for about a month.. talk about sucking... he said if i had taken the shots early on it would have deflamed the bursa and probably not had the spurs so bad.. take care bro. and just remember, pain is a sign that something is just not right there.. my guess... bursa swelling from the heavy weights on the joints.. just my 2 pennies..
 
Ok should I take off a month just to heal and just jog, do legs, and eat good?
or should i just go light on the wieght for upper body

also should I see a doctor first or therapist?
 
i'd go lite for a while, you know high reps, see how that does. if it ain't no better in bout a month i'd go see a doc. and for the cuttin cycle, i can't stand winny to many sides for me, i'd go with EQ, t3 an albuterol. you'll get ripped
