Should we attack Iran and North Korea?

Seeing that the meetings with the UN are useless and the economic sanctions have been proven not to work. Should the US sit back and wait until they attack us or should we attack and destroy there nuclear sources. Both of these countries hate the US and have made it clear they will use there weapons. Discuss.

Clearly ....we ought to attack everyone in an enormous pre-emptive strike.

Since the world has been gravitating towards hatred of America....we need to take them out.
