Should I weight?

I have the flu, been sleeping all day....I missed my work out yesterday, do you guys think i should weight untill I get a little but better before i go back...I went the night before yesterday, but didnt have enough strength to lift like usual.....I hate missing, but I need to get better. Im not on any AAS at present, and just finished my PCT.

Wait for sure. Strenuous workouts stress your immune system tremendously. Rest, eat, get plenty of fluids. Then get back in there.

Thanks for the advice bro....Been sleeping all day, eating and drinking today,.....i wrk all day every day, i was able to put a cott in the back and rest for a couple hours today...the gym is 2 doors down, and i felt like it was calling me, but my body was saying....NO!...But im going to wait....have new years off.... so im just not going to do anything and rest....
 
i also got sick, but i got a cold. the strange thing is that i train harder in the gym than i have in weeks!

im with ya man..this is the second time in the last 6 weeks ive come down with the flu/cold...sucks donkey balls

I think I know what the problem may be, if you stay away from sucking those donkey balls you wont get sick as much!
