Should I trust them?

I get my "Protien" through an online source. I have ordered through them a few times and never had a problem. This last time I lost out on 600 bucks of protien which didn't show up. I tracked it (They gave me a tracking number) and it says it went from mexico to Nogalis (Arizona) but never left Nogalis. I contacted them again and they said most likely it was siezed. Now here is where I need some advice. After my last emaqil to them they emailed me back that if I was to spend another 400 on product..they would reship my order that got seized along with the new onwe I placed. Like I said I have gotten orders from them no prob before this snafu. Do you think they are being legit and will ship it all? Or do you think I am getting sucked into sending another 400 and getting screwed again?

I would call the shipping company (from a pay phone). They would tell you where the package is. If it got siezed they'll probably ask you to pick it up. I wouldn't go pick it up but that would be a clue that it did get siezed.

Bro in my opinion there trying to screw you. I mean it sounds odd for them to be like spend 400 more dollars to get the package thats suposingly lost. I mean if there a legit company there probably something you can do but if not and if it's over seas your pretty much screwed. Which sucks but I'd just take my losses I mean is it really worth gambling another 400 dollars away into some Greedy mexicans bank account?

ask around and find out from your "online friends" if this person has a good rep. or not and then go from there but i would have a hard time sending 400more dollars after loosing a grand.

Don't do it bro. That is just piss poor business. They should replace the gear......I mean protein that you paid for and did not receive before expecting you to place another order. IMO you are basically asking them to burn you if you send them more cash. As was stated before good sources often go bad and when they do they usually try to get as much as they can before falling of the face of the earth.

My first instinct, seeings how they have pulled through in the past, is to go ahead and do it. BUT.......my first instinct is wrong about 90% of the time so I dont think you should do it.

Dude don't do it. Use someone else. You already lost a grand. You could send more and still get no gear. Better to not send any more funds to them.

That sucks, I hate when my protein gets siezed - You should report them to the better business bureau- so other homies don't get there money stolen and left proteinless. I really need some casein.
