should i take anavar for this???

alright y'all.. i gotta question.. or rather.. need some guidance from ya.

i'm debating taking 20mg of var and creatine for about a month before i start this cycle.. and here's why:

i start school tomorrow.. 15 cr hrs along with working 40 hours a week.. (and my work is an hour drive away).. so i'm going to be strapped for time and i'm not sure how my workouts are going to go.. i know i will fit them in.. but i don't know how much rest if any i'll be getting.. and i know that if i took the var i'd be more apt to get in the gym.. as i'd be more motivated..

so for the first month.. i'm going to go ahead and shed some fat before my cycle.. because i want to be going into the cycle fat.. i just don't feel good when i am.. and then it'll fuck up my cycle.

so.. i was thinking about taking 20mg of var and creatine for this month before my cycle.. to stave off muscle loss while i trim the fat.. and to keep me in good shape going into my cycle.. and while i'm walking around campus..

will the var be good for this? should i be concerned about taking var for a month and then going right into a cycle that contains winny and fina?

also.. while i'm on the topic of var.. i have a friend who has never juiced.. and doesn't take supps.. would he get anything from taking 20mg of var along with creatine.. enough that would warrant buying it? he can't go on a heavy cycle as his wife is strictly against it.
 
Sure, why not?

As for your buddy, if he can afford 20mg/day and he isn't going to do anything else do him a favor and tell him to go for 40mg/day. It really will make all the difference in the world. I'm not saying he won't get anything out of it, just that if he is going to do it, why not make it worth his time instead of gaining a couple of pounds.

When i bridge i notice a small amount with 20mg, when i did 40mg it was a world of difference.
 
That's what I'm doing. 4 weeks before next fina cycle. Can't decide though how much to do. 20mg ED, 30 or 40? I'd like to keep some of my natural test going and I'd imagine that 20 will shut ya down a lot less than 40. E-mail me decem ya bastard.

20mg/day + creatine should be enough to maintain muscle mass while dieting. Realize that your HPTA will be altered when you start your "real" cycle though.

Your friend should definately do 30mg-40mg/day + creatine though if he's doing a real cycle. Make sure he does the ox for 8-12 weeks or more. Ox won't kick in until the 3rd week and my experience and others is that ox likes longer cycles. Tell him to start the creatine now, there's no reason to wait.

Sadly, not yet. I've been fairly busy which is one reason. I've got the gear, just not the time or the desire right now. I think here in a month or so I'll start a long cycle and start out with fina and then end with the deca/eq. But you know how things change, lol.

Good to see you are still alive and kicking. :)
