alright y'all.. i gotta question.. or rather.. need some guidance from ya.
i'm debating taking 20mg of var and creatine for about a month before i start this cycle.. and here's why:
i start school tomorrow.. 15 cr hrs along with working 40 hours a week.. (and my work is an hour drive away).. so i'm going to be strapped for time and i'm not sure how my workouts are going to go.. i know i will fit them in.. but i don't know how much rest if any i'll be getting.. and i know that if i took the var i'd be more apt to get in the gym.. as i'd be more motivated..
so for the first month.. i'm going to go ahead and shed some fat before my cycle.. because i want to be going into the cycle fat.. i just don't feel good when i am.. and then it'll fuck up my cycle.
so.. i was thinking about taking 20mg of var and creatine for this month before my cycle.. to stave off muscle loss while i trim the fat.. and to keep me in good shape going into my cycle.. and while i'm walking around campus..
will the var be good for this? should i be concerned about taking var for a month and then going right into a cycle that contains winny and fina?
also.. while i'm on the topic of var.. i have a friend who has never juiced.. and doesn't take supps.. would he get anything from taking 20mg of var along with creatine.. enough that would warrant buying it? he can't go on a heavy cycle as his wife is strictly against it.
