should I not post here anymore?

It seems like I am wasting my time giving out free advice to alot of people on this board who then turn around and make negative comments about me. I will put this question to the board for the next 24 hours and if more votes come in for me to leave, I will-if more votes come in for me to stay I will. Post your votes here.

Diamond, Im all for you staying. Just try to clarify the remarks you make. It will allow the "postee" to better apply your answers.

The methods and dieting tips you recomend can be very extreme, but its the reader's choice to adhere to them or not.

DDD i respect your Opinions as well as other opinions , so who cares what people say about you, you do your own thing and they do their own thing, everyone has their own way of sharing info, who cares!!!!!!!!!!

I agree with everyone that has posted so far. You definitely need to explain/give reasons/evidence behind many of your suggestions. Much of the time, you state things as if they are fact, without any backup. However, I can tell from some of your posts that for the most part you do know your stuff. It is noble of you to reply to just about every post. However, it's quality, not quantity. Newbies will come here, see that you have a lot of posts, and do what you recommend without questioning it. Now, yeah, it's their place to find out more info, but that's why we are all here. Basically, if you are going to reply to a post, try to give some more insight than a one sentence or one word answer. It would definitely stop some of the DDC bashing that goes on here. I admit, I have been guilty at times (the cinammon thing).

I dont cre if u stay or not but newbie or not when u reply to someone asking how much calcium they should take or how it affects the ca/protein balance u should give a beter reponce than:

"calcium is unimportant unless you are old or have osteoporosis"

so u are saying one shouldnt take ca until they are 40+ years of age

or

so I shouldnt even bother w/ taking ca becuase it wont do ANYTHING for me becuase im under 40 and I dont have osteoporosis?

I totally think you are an asset to the board. But i too believe you have to expand on your replies.

how am I supposed to know his age if he does not say it

DDD...like i said I challenge you to a pose down! I dont think there is anything behind your screen name...You give stupid advice? Dont ask me to prove it! Becasue I honsetly dont care what garbage you feed people or yourself...Stop feeling sorry for yourself...seem like the biggest fucking pussy~

Well, you don't cause any harm and sometimes I think your answers are helpful and/or spark debate. However, sometimes you state your opinions without any substance when everyone is already aware of the existence of those viewpoints. For instance, when someone is confused about an issue and has already heard most conventional viewpoints, he/she is looking for substance, reason, facts and/or proof, not another "that's the way it is because I said so". When you post useless replies like that, you are opening yourself up for insults. Isn't it obvious to you?

Why do you ask yourself this kind of question?

As long your posts are not offensive, not insulting and not using foul language , I think you are free to express your feelings and experiences!

Some may disagree with your point of view ,other may follow your input.

Unlike ONE SIZE FIT ALL, one answer cannot suit everyone , as we have different metabolism , bodytype or habbits!

Each and every one should do their own research before they apply one's advice !

NOBODY have all the answers and nobody is always right!

So I think it is your call! If you want to post do it ;if you want to leave...it is your choice!

As far as I am concerned you have done no harm!

TRY NOT TO SWEAT THE SMALL STUFF!!!

DDC, definitely do not pack your bags. You're easily one of the most respected members on Elite Fitness, and sometimes I'll only read your response to a thread and skip everyone elses. I think people would give you a lot more love if you didn't sound so robotic in your responses...i'm also curious to see how huge you are because if you are following the principles you preach, you must be gargantuan....but my vote is for you to stay, you're definitely not wasting your time, youre one of the most knowledgeable resources this board has to offer.

Knowing his age is not the point. The point here is that calcium IS important, no matter what age you are. Your reply would suggest to not take in any calcium unless you have osteoporosis. Yeah, it may be more important as you age, but you can get ahead of the game, so to speak, by taking it when you are young.

holy shit! A post with more than one sentence!!!! This has gotta be a record!

As others have said, in the future, please elaborate when you give advice. Tell those who know less than you WHY they shouldn't do this or why they should do that. Because I can give advice with no rationale.

But if you're gonna do the same stuff and say "Don't eat red meat when cutting" please leave then.

I've dealt with roughly half the mods on EF at one time or another. They come in all shapes and sizes, ages, experience levels, backgrounds etc. Some are more knowledgeable than others, but all have something to offer. But how on God's green earth you managed to become a mod I'll never know. You constantly bragg about what a badass you are. Then, when someone dares disagree with you, you shit all over them in a child-like temper tantrum. Oh, and before you start with the old "challenge you to a pose-down" bit, I don't care how big of a jacked-up, mirror-staring, pretty boy poser you are, you're still an embarrassment to this board.

Now, DDC, I haven't always agreed with you, but I've always respected your knowledge and discipline. But that in itself, will not make you valuable fitness board member. You can't just come out and say, "I am a hardcore bodybuilder, so take what I say as gospel." If you don't explain your points, don't expect people to take your advice. It's that simple.

One more thing. I KNOW that under all those short answers of yours, there's a sense of humor. I've seen it in your quotes. Use it.

Stay man/woman? remember that post? really you should stay, I like your style.
Biscuit...

LMAO, who here actually thinks that DDC is a woman? And why does everyone call he/she DDD?

maybe you have...

maybe you have or have not been helpful to others....that is not the point. quit this bullshit sniveling about leaving the board. Either leave or shut the Fu#k up!

best wishes

DDC I've heard waaaaaay too much bad advice come out of you. Some of it downright horrible advice at that. Forget backing it up w/ something, some of it is just showing people (who know a thing or two) that you don't even know the basic concepts of nutrition and supplements.
