i have always worked each bodypart once a week heavy and hard. chris aceto said that the mistake guys make is getting on AAS and thinking they can get away with training more, hitting each bodypart 2-3 times a week. however i've heard pros say thats not the case that while on an intense stack you see more gains if you increase the work each bodypart gets.
