Should I do a cycle?

I've just recently got back into bodybuilding after being out of it for over a year. I've started doing weights but i've lost a lot of muscle. I used d-bol when I was 16. Should I do another roid cycle?
 
lift consistently for 3 months before that decision.....make sure you have reached your natural potential and then decide what your need for anabolics are
 
I agree with tbro, I think you'll be surprised to gain most of your muscle mass back once you hit the weights and train/eat right.

Similar situation has happened to me.
 
I agree with all the other responses. Train til you are back to optimum shape. Once you are ready to run a cycle an simple 10 week cycle of test/eq/tren would be a good cycle to start with.
 
is there a reason that "starting off with a cycle" is bad?

i mean, what would be the problem of a guy starting with a cycle and contining to workout (even if he isn't at natural potential). from what ive read gear doesnt affect you ability to make gains without it.
