should I cut before I start this cycle? Anyone?

Hey there. I am 5'10' and about 190. I am about 16% bf and am 30 yrs old. I am planning a tried and true 500mg week 1-12 test cycle with 30mg dbol weeks 1-4. Also pct and some adex of course. My question is should I cut some weight before I start this cycle? I have read that I shouldnt do much cardio during cycle and I just dont wanna put on a lot more bf. I will eat as clean as I can but I am 30 and it is getting more difficult to lose excess fat. My friends say I look like I am in shape but I know that I am not in the best of shape now. I have been lifting for several years and have a good solid muscle base, but I am soft in the middle. Any suggestions guys? thanks in advance. :qt:
 
i think you could go either way.
a lot of the guys that are really into BB will tell you you should get down to 9-11% first, but it depends on your bone structure and what you want to look like.
you could alway run a quick cycle of clen. a lot of ppl have lost a lot of fat with it.
 
Theres guys in there 50's on this board that are more cut than 18 year olds. Dont pay attention to the age dude, it just means you need to work harder. just increase the juice as you get older to make up for it.

Ill give you the same advise the bros here gave me when I asked the same question. You need to loose the weight first before you do any juice. Otherwise youre not going to get maximum benefit from youre cycle, and in some cases you might even build a dependancy on the juice cause mentally you will feel like you cannot get to where you want to be without it.

thanks for the help, I guess I should get my ass back on the treadmill. I didnt know which way to go on it though. I havent ever really cut a lot of weight. The lowest bf I can remember was about 10 percent and I felt like I was pretty cut up. I cant get there as quickly as I did before I am afraid. I was gonna try something to help but not sure what. Anyone have any suggestions? BTW, I get kinda jumpy on some of the stimulants but I am willing to try to get bf down? thanks
