Should I CRUM or CKD?

Summer is nearly here, and I want to get cut to shreds. I've been looking over all the diets and have narrowed it down to two, Crum's diet or the Cyclo Keto Diet posted by Kakdiesel.

So what do you guys think will provide quicker and superior results? Has anyone tried both types? I only need to lose about 10 lbs or so, I'm pretty lean as it is (maybe 9-11% fat).

The CKD diet seems alot easier, and it allows for a carb up during the week. It also lets you eat tons of fat, and not that much protein so it shouldn't be hard to follow. Crum's seems the tougher of the two, but if it works better, I'd rather do that.

If they are equivalent I'll probably do the CKD though.

wondering the same question, bump for asnwers by ppl that have followed both. also which do u reccomend kakdiesels ckd or mr x, i think mr x carb up is only 1 day where as kakdiesels is friday afternoon to sunday morning.

Neither is superior, both will result in similar if not identical rates of fat loss. Choose the one you think you can follow better. There is this growing trend that seems to believe that there is a lot of difference in fat loss between different diets. Fact is most diets will cause the same amount of fat loss, the difference is which diet you will stick to and enjoy the most. Each diet has their own unique advantages and disadvantages, you must choose the one that fits your lifestyle the best.

There really isn't that big of a difference in rates of fat loss between different diets assuming caloric intake is the same and adequate protein is consumed. Choose a diet and stick to it and you'll lose the fat.
