Should I continue to use ?

Hi.

I want to know with my current injury, should I continue to use my protein powder ? Even though I will be less active ?

Also, I read on a body building site, that glutamine is good for maintaining muscle while dieting & to spped recovery ? I'm thinking of trying it.

Go for it. Like I said in an earlier post-- put your diet in Fitday.com & see what your macro breakdown is & cals.
