I think I am about 17%, here's two pics, correct me if I'm wrong.
I am currently trying to bulk, but because I have been on vacation and constantly on the move eating hasn't been too clean, my body fat isn't too impressive.
Anyway, when I return home I want advice as to whether I should cut for 1-2 months to ~ 12/13% body fat then continue a bulk or to keep bulking at my current body fat level.
Either case bulking will be relatively clean as I don't enjoy eating outside food too much, most of the time I don't know what's in it and it can be very oily etc, it puts me off. I make my own food as much as I can but will enjoy cheats once or twice a week.
I'm in the situation where I don't care what I look like for the next year fat wise, so I guess the question is if I cut then clean bulk then do a small cut will I have BETTER GAINS in a year compared with if I continue to bulk at current body fat levels and have to cut for longer time come 1 year later
I just care about the end result in a year, not how I look in between that period
