Should I bulk?

Should I do a lean bulker to up my metabolism and then cut, or what do you think? Thanks in advance....Fire
 
i'd say bulk for a good 3-4 months then start a cutter for the summer or if u are into comps.
 
Sounds good to me....that's what I was really wanting to hear, but I'm a stickler for not getting over 15 %. I just reached that mark for the first time a few months ago. This was a result of improper cutting. I was informed by some guys hear that my cals were too low, and that my carbs were too low. So, in the past two weeks, I've dropped 5 lb fat and therefor my bf% has dropped at around a point. Obviously some could be water, but my calipers state that it dropped a whole point. So, kick ass! I'm gonna bulk till I hit 210 while hopefully remaining somewhere bt. 12% and 13%. Thanks....Fire
 
hmm you are almost exactly my stats, except i am more like 5’11” 195 11% At at the moment. While 13% i would be careful bulking or you might be left at 15% when you are done adding allot more work when summer comes and you want to be ripped (losing 6% BF is no fun). Just go get 12 weeks of EQ and eat well. When summer gets here you will be like me 5’11” 200 9% if you do things right. Ill probably get toasted for this but I don’t like to be “to big” when I get over 210 I start to look real compacted (kind of makes us 5’11” people look short… something I don’t want). I think 195-200 / 9% is the magic combo for our height unless you want to compete. Im a big fan of gaining lean mass... not inches on my waist, and water bloat. If you do bulk do it right... not with test and dbol or some kind of "moonface bloatman cycle"
 
So, are you recomending to do:
12 wk EQ @ 400/600 & Clen 2wk on/off for 12 wk
or
16 wk EQ @ 400/600 & Clen 2wk on/off for 12 wk
