Sounds good to me....that's what I was really wanting to hear, but I'm a stickler for not getting over 15 %. I just reached that mark for the first time a few months ago. This was a result of improper cutting. I was informed by some guys hear that my cals were too low, and that my carbs were too low. So, in the past two weeks, I've dropped 5 lb fat and therefor my bf% has dropped at around a point. Obviously some could be water, but my calipers state that it dropped a whole point. So, kick ass! I'm gonna bulk till I hit 210 while hopefully remaining somewhere bt. 12% and 13%. Thanks....Fire
