should fina pills be completely disolved in solution before adding oil?

making fina right now, should you still be able to see some pills peices at bottom of the breakdown vile or should they all be disolved before adding oil?

it says to add oil within an hour what if there not disolved by then?

just gently heat the solution and keep swirling the mixture. It will dissolve, just use some heat and keep it warm.
