shots twice a week or every 5 days

cycle will have 500enan and 400mg eq for 12 weeks along with other things. but thats regardless. im lookin through past cycles, and i notice that alot of people spilt the dosage in half and shoot twice a week basically to keep stable levels. im thinking about shooting 500mg enan and 400mg eq every 5 days instead of spilting shots. what do u guys think?

Most people will tell you to shoot twice a week. But they are both long active so it really doesn't matter. The only difference is by doing 500/400 every 5 days, you will have more in your system.

the only reason i suggested doing it every 5 days was b/c i have an abundance of gear left if done every week. and i dont want to have much left.
