Shots on off days

If I were to do whinny and eq, and the shot came up on an off day at the gym, should i still take it?

Just trying to gather all info, before I make a decision.

Shoot the Eq 2x/wk (Mon & Thurs) and drink the winny/ED.

make yourself a schedule for when to take your shots. and take them even if it's on an off day. the reason that is important is to keep you hormome levels consistant. if you skip your shot on off days it will cause your levels to go down and impair your gains

It is my suggestion you spend more time researching exactly what you're getting into. You're asking the most basic questions that you should already know before you even consider AS. It makes no difference when you shoot. On day or off day...Where do you get an idea that would make some kind of a difference? Drink the winny...yes...drink it. Every day preferably. 1/2cc in the am, 1/2cc in the pm. Draw it up, remove the needle, fire it down the hatch and wash it down with a beverage of choice. Just please figure out what you're doing. There's no need for the questions you asked. Study what you're doing so you can do it safely and effectively.
