shorter cycles seem a better choice?

atleast for me i think this is..... for some reason i get the best results out of the first 5 weeks, then just BLAH! cant understand it, someone please enlighten me. even my NPP + test cycle right now, i was getting 1lb every other day for 5 weeks, then all of a sudden i struggle to get a lb per week??? same with var.... i know there was a few posts about short cycles awhile back, but i cant find them...
 
I read people doing 2 weeks. I woulds go with prop as your test to start. They were doing 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. Not sure how long they ran that way for. It's an interesting concept for sure.
 
True in a sense that you just want to keep making gains continuosly from a scale point of view. Remember though, if this were the case with anyone even the elite pro's would be 1500 pounds by now. It's not all about the weight and strength you keep getting but also maintaining that. Far too many people put on all this weight only to lose most if not all of it just to go over the whole process again and this time upping the doseages. Depends on the person. I like more moderate dose longer cycles which your body can get accustomed to the extra weight and the moderate increases in size and strength more easily. Most people aren't like that though and want to look like a greek god in 2 months from the moment they pick up a barbell.

BTW - that girl on your avatar is from my area. About 10 minutes actually. :)
