short cycle starting today, or tomorrow..

Ok guys and girls, here we go. Next up, starting today or tomorrow is a short cycle. You might look at this and say "save your gear" and so on but I've decided to try this and so I will.

Goals are to harden up a nbit and to gain as much as I can in this short period. Maybe I will loose it, maybe I wont.

Plan:(this is the gear that is left over from an earlier cycle)

Test propionate: 200mg day 1, then 150mg EOD(the reason why I do it EOD is this propionate is very very painfull, tried 75mg ED but I can say never never again. EOD will do fine.
ONLY for day 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13

Arimidex 0.5mg ED

Winny: 100mg day 1, then 50mg ED for day 2-18

Slin: Post workout only(workout 5 days per week), starting at 2iu(first time ever) with humalinR. Going up to 10iu and staying there for a tiotal of 3 weeks.

Diet: LOW fat, I will try this low fat thing due to the slin. Will do 20g fat in the morning(only omega3) with slow carbs and protein, then 10g for the next meal(omega3) and then no more "extra" oil.

Post workout drink with Slin: 65g dex. + 50g Whey Isolate(40g protein).

I hour later 100g carbs, 60g protein, low fat

2 hours later 50g protein from fish, slow GI carbs from Rice or pasta, aboutr 100g carbs.

I will shoot for 350g protein per day(protein in bread and rice and so on included, 250g from meat/shakes).


Now, what suppliements should I NOT use with slin. I will not be using ALA.

I will try a different program ,for my arms and go for the high reps(12-15reps) 1 days per week and then low reps once per week. Every friday arms, and also 1 biceps after back, and one triceps after chest or shoulders.

any thoughts...

ohh...also zink and I will start drinking some grape fruit juice to each "tab" of winny(½ tab twice per day)
 
looks well thought out IMO. I have never used slin before, but, can only say that your diet looks like what I would do using slin. I'd really like to see what your gains will be like. I will do a similar cycle in september.

D-bol 25mg ED 5 weeks
Prop 100mg EOD 6 weeks
Tren 150mg EOD 6 weeks
Insulin post w/o 2 i.u.'s working my way up to 10-15.
 
30 Dbols is to less to do something with them..
Cycle looks good.. Little short, but on the other hand you are using short acting gear so you good gain some.

My only commend is on the arm routine. You are doing way to much IMO!! Youre arms will also be doing lots of work when training the upperbody. I think you'll be overtraining them.
 
I know it sounds strange that more work would do more, but I've been doing them like this for the last 4 weeks and they have increased a lot so maybe the *arnold high rep yadayada* works on me :)
 
I've gotten best results with insulin by avoiding eating much fat before my morning workout, then waiting 4 hours after to load up on the monounsaturated and omega 3's. Get in lots of complex fiberous carbs pre workout, then only take in 10 grams of simple carbs per iu of insulin post workout, you can take 20 or 30 grams of high gi carbs if you start to feel hypo over the next few hours, but mainly load up heavy on fast absorbing protien with the insulin. 100 grams of whey post workout is not a bad idea. If you have to $$$ to spend, 30-40 grams of glutamine peptides (much higher rate of absorbtion into the bloodstream than L-glutamine), it could be worth your efforts. After 4 hours the humalin-R should be clear of your system. Your glycogen stores are probably at their max, so taking an more carbs through the day it probably a waste, and will only contribe to gains in bf. I'm not saying don't eat any carbs, only that you should eat small amuonts of low gi carbs. Eat moderate protien and alot of clean fats (I would eat nothing but meat, nat peanut butter, nutts, olive oil, flax, and green veggies) the rest of the day to maximize the levels of hgh, mgf and prostaglandins in your bloodstream and to keep shbg lower in order to make the most effective use of the anabolics you are taking.... but hey what do I know. Now I feel as though I've compromised my ethics...I never give advice to those using insulin.

What do you say about thois dietplan(for mass with slin).

Breakfast(07):
100g slow carbs from oatmeal(made with water in the micro) and rice(parboiled long grain)
cpowder
20g fat from Omega3

Meal 2(10):
40g Whey/casein blend, 10g omega3

Meal 3(12.30): 1½ hours pre workout
100g slow carbs from oatmeal and rice
35g protein from tuna

Post workout:

20g L-glutamin
15g Creatine
25mg winny :)
60g Whey/casein blennd(50/50%)
10g carbs per IU(so If I take 4iu I will use 40g dextros, and if 10iu I will go for 80-100g carbs)

1 hour later:
100g carbs from Rice(long grain) or pasta
30g casein/whey
20g from tuna

2 hours later

bowl of oatmeal made with water in micro(70g carbs)
40g protein from fish

2 hours later last meal
15g omega 3, 30g carbs from oatmeal(slow GI as I make it in the micro with water), 60g protein from fish and casein/whey

or something like that
