Short Cycle Question?

I know your suppose to use fast acting stuff for a short cycle but all I have is Test Cyp. Do you think that a half life of 8 days is too long? There can't be too much left in your system if you take like 1000mg on day 1. I was also going to be using 40mg ed of dbol.
