I feel there is way too much LITTLE of everything LOL, but if you want to try it and see how it works for you, then ups to you bro. Muscle Tech unfortunately underdoses all their supps. How is MMA training going bro?

MMA training is a no go now...just lifting heavy ass weights and dieting

LOL my bad, its made by Nutrex; but by the profile its def underdosed. I am a big fan of taking hydrowhey 30 minutes prior along N2KTS, maybe some extra creatine mono/beta-alanine, 1tab of the new T-911. I also liked taking 4 caps of RPM. C-bol is badass too. That sucks bro that you ain't training MMA, are you injured bro?

Omega has something that seems to be all the rage. I use 20g whey 30min before and 2 scoop Jack3d w/ 1 scoop of additional beta-alanine (1.8 additional grams) right before (it kicks in right away) as preworkout and It's worked for me. Lasts up to 2 hours for me.

Haven't tried the Hemo Rage but I've heard good things about it too.

In the last year a lot of pre-workout supps have come on the market and most seem to do the same thing and have most of the same ingredients.

I do really like Omega's Pump3d and SuperStim. I'll be coming of D-Bol this week and ordering some Pump3d very soon. I don't think I could have handled the pumps while on D-Bol, but Pump3d was awesome.

I'm not a fan of the taste of N2KTS but mixed with some Crystal Lite and Max Absorbed Protein and some BCAA's from PP is what I usually sip on during my workouts. So my Pre/Intra drink is kind of one in the same.
