we had this discussion a while back, and some guys mentioned that they got the no pin injection when in the military. They said it hurt more than a normal shot.

I'm highly skeptical of these products for two reasons- pain and damage to the injection site. I'm sure if these two things were less of a concern with this than with needles that diabetics would be using them already.

i got shot with those when i joined the navy. personally, i'd rather have a pin
