Don't do it.

Accept your height.

...well.....I will be waering a pair for the next show I am in...these are like insoles that go in the shoes...or in this case boots....they are totally removable....the lifts with the sole will get me to almost 6'5"

I'm a short guy too at 5'7". But i've been wearing insoles my whole life for my flat feet so i get a nice 1-1.5 inch boost. :D

Just be comfortable with your height, I'm only 5'9" and it is the least of my concerns.

I'm just 5'10", and had always wanted to be around 6'. Then one day I came across an ad in Time magazine from the Richlee Shoe Company, based in Maryland. They will send you a color catolog filled with "lift shoes", the difference from most "lift shoes" is that people can't tell they are "lifts". How? Because the "lift" is hidden INSIDE the shoe, by using a height-increasing innermold that is attached to the inside of the shoe. They have all styles and sizes, anything from sneakers, boots and fine Italian shoes. Hell, they even have "lift shoes" for military personnel. Additionally, you can buy extra innermolds to place inside your shoes when the old ones start to get old. I usually have to change mine about twice a year. And most of all, the sneakers and shoes are very affordable.
