Well, went to the doc today for my blood test results, and well, I'm dying.

Just kidding but it still isn't good news. My liver enzymes are still high after 3-4 months since I took winny. My AST is at about 42 (norm is <37), which isn't that bad but my ALT is at 87 (norm is <55 I think) which has me a bit concerned. They actually went up a little bit from my last visit a few weeks ago but are down from in March.
As to my natural test, my free test is 11.8 (norm is 8-3? I think) which is okay but my total (I think it was total) is 25.7 (norrm is 40-80). So, test is a bit low which is to be expected. I am almost 7 weeks out from a 14 week cycle and I only took 4 weeks (not even) off before that. All in all, I suppose my test is doing well considering but liver enzymes are a concern. I am seeing a specialist tomorrow which probably isn't necessary but what the hell, and will get an ultrasound then as well to check liver. I am getting blood taken again in two weeks to check if things are getting better.

I would like people's input here if I could have it, especially those with a medical background but every opinion welcome.
My plan is to take clomid for the next week or so (oh yeah, my LH was 11 and norm is 1-10 I think). I will also be getting some ALA tonight and will take that at 300mg ED or more - I can only get 50 or 100mg caps. I wanted to start my cycle in another 9 days or so but will wait until after the blood test are back (an extra week) and if shit is closer to normal then, fuck it, I'll go back on but stay off 17aa for a while longer - at least.
Let this be alesson to all of you, you may feel fine, and your nuts may have dropped back down but that doesn't mean you are necessarily good to go for your nest cycle.

Go to the store at and get yourself some of the Tyler Detoxification for your liver. I can almost guarantee that your enzymes will be back in check (which aren't out of whack that much in the first place -- hell, most weightlifters are high in the liver enzyme levels just from the physical activity. Remember, those reference ranges are for the general public, which includes mostly fat asses and couch potatoes.)

What was your regime when you finished your cycle?

I used clomid - IP though which was a dumbass move and I won't do it again:

day 1 - 300mg
days 2-13 100mg
days 14-25 50mg

Something like that anyways. I had extra IP shit so I went through 50 50mg tabs. I also used Liquidex @ 0.5mg ED for the first week or two and Nolva @ 20mg daily for longer than I ran the clomid. My nuts are good to go now which is comforting.
I also am currently using clen and I was using T3 @ 12.5mcg for a week or so only and pgf2a for two weeks just before the blood test was done. I am not in a panic or anything but I find it strange that my ALT and AST would go up like that.
As for Tyler Liver Detox, I need something NOW. Next test is in two weeks.

I don't mean to sound like a frightened child, I just think it would be stupid to start up again and keep pissing off my liver. I was kinda hoping for something along the lines of that high enzymes for all lifters schtick which I am glad to hear. My liver enzymes are always a bit high mainly because of high protein intake I expect.

Definitely not enough Clomid at the end (that's if you got any at all from the IP crap.)

Nolvadex does nothing to jumpstart LH production. It's good for symptoms of gyno to block estogen from hitting receptor sites. Anastrazole (liquidex) should have been used throughout the cycle.

I don't know if PGF-2a will do anything to liver values. I've never used it (nor will I), and I don't know much about the substance. The liver is not affected by T3 (it's a naturally occurring hormone), whereas clenbuterol will raise liver enzymes slightly.

You can get Tyler delivered overnight. If that's not feasible, go to your local health store and pick up some liver cleansers or at least get on some good dosages of milk thistle.

All this I know, but thank you. The Nolva was there in case of rebound gyno mainly. I'm not too concerned about test levels now - they seem to be moving in the right direction at least.

Seems like clen is the culprit here. Excellent. At least now I know what is going on. Fuck though, I don't want to stop the clen now but oh well. I ran out of L-dex and had zero cash for more. Thanks again though.

Novaldex does help with LH. Not as much as Clomid though. Novaldex has a higher affinity for breast tissue where as Clomid has a higher affinity for the estrogen receptors in the pituitary. But they both act in on both areas. One is better than the other for recovery depending on what you concerns are. Also you might want to consider that Novaldex will raise your liver values as well.

I knew it affected LH but nothing like clomid, but did not know about it affecting liver. You sure? Damn, the liver hates everything. Damn prejudice organ.

Responsible? You've been on drugs(no just AS) for how long? Clomid is a drug remember so is Clen, Liquidex, PGF2A, T3

This year you've done 4 cycles, and you are planning a 5th one. 5 cycles in less than one year (In the 3rd week of August it will be a full year), In between cycles, you use other drugs. After your fifth cycle you want to brigde with insulin. I feel an intervention coming...lol
