Shipping non-AS from MX-advice requested

I searched didn't find much.

I was thinking about shipping some nolvadex, clomid, hcg, proviron and clen(not sure on this one anymore) from MX.

Now, how the heck will it be determined (by Customs) if what I ship is a 90 day supply for personal use?

Would it help if I enclose a letter stating: "Enclosed are medications for personal use, they represent a 90 day supply. Please allow importation." Superfluous effort or kinda plausible?

Can I claim/ship clen? I did with no problem in 95, but never tried since and have heard you can no longer bring it in.

Could this get my addy "flagged"? I am not so sure this is actually something that really happens.

Finally, are there any other BB related non-as items I should consider?

Thanks,
Rugger

Bro, if you carefully read the FDA policy statement on the importation of foreign drugs the "90 day supply rule" applies only to drugs that are NOT approved in the USA for prescription b/c they are considered experimental (ie some new chemotherapy from Europe etc) it does not apply to medication that can be found in the USA by prescription (ie all the meds you listed). Importation of these meds is still illegal even though they are not controlled substances.

I know proviron is classified as a steroid, and clen may be as well. You are safe with clomid and nolvadex as long as it's under a 90 day supply.

That's bullshit....They are a grey area item and are allowed for personal use. I have claimed t3, clen, proviron, cytadren, nolvadex and clomid at the border many times. they won't care unless it's a huge amount.

Yea

That's what I was thinking. Now, back to the questions regarding mailing it to my residence or the like.

I know some of you have done this...what's your experience? Did you enclose a letter. What did you send, how much, was it inspected, etc.

Thanks

You may have gotten away with it and may still get away with it b/c the DEA doesnt want to waste rescourses on non controled substances. However, the 90 day supply rule is commonly misinterpreted, as I said before and the FDA is supposed to be clamping down on the importation of all drugs. So you can try if you want and probably get away with it but if they want to bust you you can't site the 90 day supply rule.

This is a direct quote from the FDA policy statement:

"It must be emphasized that the intent of the personal use importation guidance is to save FDA resources and to generally permit, through the exercise of enforcement discretion, medical treatments sought by individuals that are not otherwise available in the United States (where such treatments are not promoted/commercialized in the U.S.). Thus, foreign-made chemical versions of drugs available in the U.S. are not intended to be covered by the policy. For example, a person may decide that his or her FDA approved heart medication is cheaper in Mexico, and attempt to import the unapproved version of the drug from Mexico. FDA cannot assure that such products have been properly manufactured and are effective; therefore, given that such products are available in the U.S., their use would present an unreasonable risk and the guidance would not apply (unless the person seeking their importation could establish that the drugs were needed to refill a prescription while traveling or were otherwise needed while traveling). "

If there's any way you can get it to the States, then have it FedEx'd that's the best way. Even the folks in MX will tell you not to mail it from MX.

Try paying a cabbie to drive it over and mail it.

Bump

...for more eyes to peruse and respond.

Chain Saw, then would everything be legal to import except the clen?

I don't think a cabby in Cancun would drive it across the border, what a road trip.

What do you guys think, FedEx?
