shift workers how do you do it

I pull 12 hr shifts 2 days on 2 off,then 3 on 3 off,so basically for one week out of two I have two days off and a 60hr work week,and I lift on these days,but doing legs just isnt feasable in this week as two days isnt enough recovery time for the amount of time Im on my feet

so where do you guys fit legs in? is every other week good enough?

let me know what you do
 
I work shift work, but only work 12's two weekends a month. I don't workout when I work 12's. I am looking to build me an area in the backyard to fit small workouts in on 12 hour days, but right now I do all my workouts on the days I work 8 hours, or my days off.
