I pull 12 hr shifts 2 days on 2 off,then 3 on 3 off,so basically for one week out of two I have two days off and a 60hr work week,and I lift on these days,but doing legs just isnt feasable in this week as two days isnt enough recovery time for the amount of time Im on my feet
so where do you guys fit legs in? is every other week good enough?
