i heard that shawn ray never used GH, insulin or synthol... and thats why he doesnt have a gut... is that true??

I've talked to Shawn Ray several times at my gym...he's always courteous and willing to help..... Don't talk smack on somebody you don't even know. Ray's a good guy.

Sure Shawn Ray is a little guy, but I'll take his physique over most of those "big mofos" at the top right now. I think quality mass with great symetry should be rewarded instead of whose body can take the most growth hormone and synthol.
