Whether a serious medical problem or just an infection, I think it would be wise to see a doc.

Oxandrin, I have had this before when on cycle. I think it is probably your prostate acting up, and it would be wise to take a good dose of Saw Palmetto. IT has never bothered me for more than a week or so. If problem persists after SP lower or stop your usage and see a Doc.
