I don't know the name but you know those shark fins looking muscles that are between your lats and pecks ? How do you work those ? I heard to do uneven pushups ?

The two on each side of your spinal cord that are long and narrow?

No the ones between you lats and pec's

the are muscles that are on your side. So if you lift your arms you can see 3 muscles that over your ribs.

serratus(sp)? I know exactly what you are talking about, I think thats what they are called. If I had my Arnold encyclopedia - i would tell ya good excercises. I think pullovers on a bench are good for them. I think......

yup, serratus anterior. arnold used pullovers (db and machine) for those, but you have to focus on doing the pulling with them moreso than pulling with your pecs. i think if you have a balanced training program that the serratus will come by themselves, and of course you can emphasize them with exercises like pullovers.

other exercises you can do are variations of rope pulls with a cable stack, close grip chins, and hanging serratus crunches (hang from a chinn bar and swing your legs up to one side feeling the contraction in the serratus come back to center and do the other side).
