When I had my last cigarette I made it disgusting as possible so I'd remember it, and never want another. I chain smoked the last half-pack of Marlboros in my room, my throat was raw, everything reeked of smoke, had to air freshen everything 3-4 times over the next hour, and still it all took a few days to freshen up. I then realized for good how useless cigarettes are.

I quit smoking regular cigarettes. I now have a bigger problem. I smoke samporna mild clove cigarettes, red. I have been trying over the last week to smoke only a few a day. I am not buying anymore after this pack. Thanx everyone for your support and encouragement.
