Shake your gear!

I just got my legal RX for test enanthate filled. The instructions said to shake well before using. I had never heard that before. Has anyone else heard of shaking it? I guess I'll start doing it but I never did before.

i usually shake the amps...but never heard that

I always shake then wait for the bubbles to subside in my test, but never heard of it either. Sounds kinda funny. I don't think shaking my test ever helped. Do it anyways though just to be safe
