It does add some carbs to chicken. If you're not worried about carbs then it's fine. If you think carbs will make you "fat", then I'd avoid it then. I eat it every once in awhile to add some flavor to my chicken and I find that it doesn't help or hurt my cutting efforts..
I like the Barbeque Shake and Bake. Aside from a Little Salt and some stuff I can't pronounce it doesn't add anything and it keeps it moist and very tasty.
When you eat chicken 4 times a day, ya gotta change it up now and then, go for it.
r u serious that sux, they are so good 21 carbs though is pushing it, i guess i wont eat that second i was gonna eat for my next meal containing chicken haha.
