Just thought I'd share a lil bit of sex advice for the bro's....

It's been said that while on Clen your cardio sessions should be low intensity, no H.I.I.T and the like.

Aparantly this applies to sex as well. The other night (Valentine's Day) me and my girl ended up going buck wild as usual and I noticed my heart beat was much faster than normal, also I could feel it much more. It felt like I was on the verge of a heart attack (no joke)!!!

Word to the Wise -- Keep the sex moderately slow paced while on a high dose of clen.

Sex is like cardio, don't abuse it. Keep your clen dosages low and don't run it on the days you're going to do a lot of 'sex-cardio' like you did.

Ah, that'll explain why I did 10 mins of HIIT last night and was sweating like a 400 lb 30%bf 5'2" bastard in a steam room.
