the insert indicates to use the reconstituted solution within 24 hours
looks like there is 18 iu per vial
how does one keep it fresh using 2 to 4 iu per day or is that not a correct dosage to use?

As the insert likely also states it will last 14 days if you use BAW (bacteriostatic water).
