WELL, I WENT TO PICK UP ONE OF MY SCRIPTS TODAY AT MY LOCAL PHARM AND THE PHARMACIST TOLD ME TO GET IN TOUCH WITH MY DOCTOR SO HE CAN RIGHT ME A SCRIPT FOR A DIFFERENT HGH....SAID THEY DISCOUNTINUED ALL OF THE SEROSTIM....4MG, 5MG, AND 6MG......WTF!!!!!!

I HAVE TO GO MONDAY AND PICK UP ANOTHER ONE AT ANOTHER LOCAL PHARM....WE'LL SEE IF THEY CAN CONFIRM THIS.....IF I CAN'T GET AN ANSWER, I'LL CALL SERONO SINCE I HAVE A LEGAL SCRIPT RO HAVE THE HGH IN MY POSSESSION......

HOPE THIS ISN'T TRUE......

well you can attribute it to a few things:

1- Aids patients in LA stockpililng gh and selling it to the bodybuilders, resulting in a fda, dea, and fbi bust on medical

2- Serono using one of their labs to purposely produce and reap profits off a counterfeit gh cosisting of baking soda and hcg, resulting in fda shutting down this certan lab, but public was not told the truth to the matter

3- overall abuse of serono products, I say 95% of their real product was being used and marketed to bodybuilders
 
Heard the same rumor a month ago from someone credible. Basically boils down to the reasons stated by CN1.
 
bump for more info, or confirmation.... ps... the baking soda and hcg... did they come in wafer or powder form.... holograms or exports.?

you are forgeting how this all came about, dont know if you recall the stupid 150lb shit buying growth, running it during his cycle (not knowing what he was doing to start with) then when he did not gain 100lb of pure muscle he made a big stick about serono's GH being bunk, which eventually got Gov't attention, investigation was initiated which lead to this curent status. god i wish i could get my hands on that little shit

Huskers............here in LA the aids patients are in trouble, you go in any pharmacy and they have a sign up that says: Attention Aids and HIV patients, we no longer fill scripts for steroids or growth hormone...........Im sure some are getting it, but I heard they are having to pay for it now, and I also heard that some are just not getting it, so yes it is posing a threat to some infected patients, many here in LA have become very sick cause their roids and gh has been cut off................also the production of american deca and cypionate has or is being discontinued due to the reasons posted earlier! Its also funny how some of you think you know everything, bros in LA, and venice you get the top news first, just like I told this one guy like 1.5 years ago, serostim was producing fake gh at one of their labs, and the fda shut it down, he refused to believe me, then like 8 months later he says, yeah their lab got shut down cause they were making fake gh, I said I told you that 8 months ago!

CN1, my brother- in -law works for serono, (production is as good as ever) you don't have any idea what you are talking about, that's in california, but everywhere else america is full go with getting their kits prescribed to them with no problem. It's rock heads like you who give bodybuilders a bad name and have ruined it for the people that really need it, (and that is aids patients), so before you start spatting off next time, giving this board inaccurate info, put your head in a toilet, flush it and WAKE UP!!!

I spoke with destinationRx.com and informed them that I was a HIV patient with a prescription for serostim.

"we should have no problem filling your order provided that the prescription is valid".

And for those of you about to give me some "don't call and ask" bullshit...if your not a shithead on the phone the calls should not bring up any alarm whatsoever.

Stim is still available.
Don't know shit about CA state laws, but with the internet none of that matters.

This is an excellent, informative, and truthful post. Now, compounding pharmacies are picking up the stack. Compounding pharmacies, with a doctor's prescription, will make high-quality, legitimate Test Cyp, Prop, or Aqueous Suspension and at reasonable prices. In the future, some will fabricate DECA. Generics will be the future of hormone replacement. As far as HGH, foreign Pharmcos. that manufactures and distributes their own generic HGH (which is the same as any legitimate brand) AT A FRACTION OF THE COST of the retail brands will be the future. The USA will have to change its global view to get prescription med prices down. Foreign companies will have to prove their trustworthiness so the USA will open its doors to "free trade."
 
I can't see them discontinuing the serostim, that's gonna cost a hell of a lot more for the insurance companies to pay for the other types. I've got a script for gh and those damn 15IU Humatrope's are $220...

I'm not saying who is right & who isn't here, but I would like to pose this question if I may: If they are discontinuing Serostim for the simple reason that it is being redirected after a prescription is filled to another party who is using it for "illegal purposes", then wouldn't it also follow that most of the meds in this friggin Country would also be discontinued for the same reason?? I mean really, how many Oxycontin, Valium, Percocet, or whatever Scripts that are filled ALL end up in the gut of the prescribee?? It's ludicrous for that reason to think that THAT is the reason for the supposed discontinuation. Now the counterfeiting thing seems to be to be a more logical explaination, if in fact this did indeed happen. Hopefully that isn't the case though.

My brothers you have nothing to worry about. Serostim (other than in California) is full go. CNI I have a notion on why you haven't tried growth yet, (It's because your scared that your big ugly melon is going to get larger from acromelgy)

I CALLED SERONO, BUT IT WAS TO LATE ANDF THEY WERE CLOSED....GOT SOME EMERGENCY SOMETHING OR OTHER LINE....SO I HAVE TO CALL FIRST THING IN THE MORNING.....

I'LL POST EARLY TOMORROW AFTER I FIND OUT....

OK...FINALLY, MY LAZY ASS CALLED SERONO TODAY AND TALKED TO ONE OF THERE MEDICAL PERSONAL....SERONO HAS NOT AND IS NOT DISCONTINUING SEROSTIM AND HAS NO FUTURE PLANS OF DOING SO.......

SHE STATED THAT THE PRODUCT IS SET UP THROUGH DISTRIBUORS AND NOT SOLD DIRECTLY TO PHARMACIES AND THAT ALOT OF WHOLESALERS ARE NO LONGER CARRYING THE PRODUCT DUE TO THE COST AND THE "EXPORT KIT" BULLSHIT THAT WAS GOING ON......

SO SEROSTIM AND SAIZEN ARE STILL AND GOING TO CONTINUE TO BE IN PRODUCTION......

Why would the wholesaler discontinue it or not carry it if the pharmacy (s) want it? No matter what the cost.
