Serious Question!!!!

For the past 4 days I have been on the following ratio
.60:.30:.10 Protien/Fat/Carbs

I take in about 1900 Calories a day. I am 6' 200lbs and 10% body fat.

How important are refeed days? Will I suffer if I dont get these refeed days. Someone please explain this to me!

Also I am taking in close to 300g of protien a day. Is that enough to make sure I dont loose any of my muscle?

I would really like some help here because I havent been getting many responses on some of my other posts. I just need some good help from more that just one or two people!
 
I am 6'2 188lbs, bench about 365 and i take in only 200 grams of protein a day. I am doing a CKD diet which seems to be working for me. I started it about 2 weeks ago when i was about 205. Obviousely i lost some good amount of water weight too, but after that no carb crash is over, it's been great. The meals taste awesome and i have been feeling pretty good lately... a little spacey but that's it. I take in approx 185 g of protein a day and 185 g of fat a day split into 4 meals. I am never ever hungry. Refeeds are a staple on this diet though to keep muscle mass. I would suggest doing a search of "CKD" and you will find eveyrthing you need to do the diet or i can point you to step by step websites too. Hope this helps...
