BROTHER, I don't know you and your past, but I promise you I know heavy lifting!!!!! If you have used juice then you know deca will help your joints. If you will trust me on, you can ask around about me or look at my pics on JonnyO's pic board under checkmatebloated, I have lifted heavy. Fresh cherries will help joint pain, but don't eat so much you get the shit's. a few every day. If you do not care about bloat, a couple of tea spoons of salt in you shake hours before lifting will provide water to support the joints.
