Get a file compression utility such as WinRar [rarsoft(dot)com] and compress the single large file into multiple smaller files. Then email each of the resulting file parts in individual emails. BAM!
It's a 2 way problem. You need to be allowed to SEND a big file and they need to be allowed to RECEIVE a big file.
I had a similar problem where my internet fax service(metrofax.com) was trying to send me a huge combined fax that was bigger than 12mb. The email I get with my internet only accepts 12mb max, and I wasn't about to upgrade to pro service.
What I did is signed up with Gmail over at Google, and they let me send and receive huge files, as long as they aren't programs. For really really big things you can save the file to Google as a "document" and then share the link to the document. Works pretty good and it's free/easy.
