I want to move on from having my friends throw pins into my ass cheeks. So i'm trying to figure out the best way to inject my glutes myself. Any suggestions? My buddy told me to use the wall to push it in. Does that sound like a good idea? Thank you.

Try using a minivan going real slow,


Seriously, once you swap it, know where you are injecting,

Just stick it in, not slowly and inject, after aspiration, withdraw and rub, swap again.

agreed, quads rock for self injects.


ive only done a few ass injects myself and it was PITA. especially since it usually throws my low back out place when i try to reach around to stick myself.

use your shoulders too. just practice sticking yourself and youll get good. i usually flex my shoulder in the mirror and youll see a spot where your rear and side delt separate. i go for that area. put the pin in nice and slow, works great.


btw, for shoulders and thighs use 25x1" and for ass use 23x1-1/2".

ROFLMFAO. I've always done it myself whether it's glutes, delts, quads, calfs, traps, bi's etc... Why would you have a friend poke you in the ass (not that there's anything wrong with that) I'm running tren ace now with ed injections and have never had a spot that I couldn't get myself.

The wall suggestion is classic, but really stop being a pussy and just do it yourself what's the worst that could happen you poke yourself a few times, and bleed a bit before you get it right...oh well you wanted to juice.
