Will this help with progesterone based gyno? Could it be run as a preventitive measure?

selegiline was shown in numerous medical trials to reduce serum prolactin concentration, but it's primary purpose is to inhibit MAO and 'protect' the existing DA.

Look into cabergoline/dostinex or bromocriptine - one of their specific purposes is to reduce hyperprolactonemia, unlike deprenyl/slegiline (which was designed to combat parkinsons)
