that tv movie about arnold is on and i just had to comment on the wicked case of gyno the guy has who played the young arnold. im mean damn, its bad!

I noticed that, too. Other than that, I thought the guy played the part of young Arnold pretty well. All over, not a bad movie.

The younger Arnold was portrayed very well (although the guy playing him was not even close to Arnold's size). But where the movie really pissed me off was the guy they got to play old Arnold. Not only did he not look like him or speak like him, he was completely out of character. The real Arnold is full of confidence and strength, this guy portrayed him as someone who was weak and scared - horrible performance and very unrealistic. They should have used the same actor for both Arnold's and used makeup to make him appear older.

Yeah, i agree. Roland Kickinger played a good part for the younger Arnold. although his upper arms looked like Arnolds forearms! and his stomach looked like it was about to explode. the older Arnold sucked. the accent was way off.

Roland didn't have that much time to get ready for the filming. I bet he used much lower doses than Arnold actually did. He probably thought that he couldn't be freaky or it wouldn't look right, so he guessed how much AAS he should employ. I guess he was wrong. Just backs my argument that those guys used much more than we think they did, or that they'll admit. Of course genetics are a huge part of attaining anything close to Arnold's physique in his day, but Roland has pretty good genetics for a tall guy.

Yeah, the first thing you notice about Arnold's physique is his massive chest. The only thing massive on this guy was his nipples. However, he did get the accent and swagger down pretty well.

my wife kept screaming everytime she saw that 1/2 dollar gyno bulging out... I noticed that also - about the older arnold not being confident of himself. They made arnold out like he was always weak...the movie sucked horribly..i just couldn't get past the older arnold's accent and I found myself counting how many times they could squeeze the "i'm back" or "i'm a machine" line into the movie...ugh..pathetic
