Ya, but he'll pay way more if he doesn't have insurance, if he choses to fill it in the States bro. The Humatrope in TJ isn't much cheaper than in the USA(both are crazy priced), but it is cheaper nontheless.

The answer to your question bro (PBR) is "yes", but you really don't even need the script. Human Growth Hormone is NOT a Controlled Substance in the USA, but you do need a script to obtain it here of course. You will be within your rights to walk across the Border while carrying a 90-day personal supply of it, without an American Doctors' Prescription. How Customs determine how much HGH equates to 90 days is beyond me, but I doubt that question will even happen. They'll just ask you to "state your citizenship", you say "USA", the they let you walk. Simple. I WOULD thought, get a Mexican Doc to write you a script for the HGH. It will cost you anywhere from $15-$30 dollars for the Mexican Docs Script. They will always quote you the highest price, but you are free to haggle with him of course. Be polite about it though. If you aren't able to intelligently haggle, and come off like a hardass, then just shuthefuckup, and pay what he asks, so you don't get into any unwanted trouble down there, which can happen if you don't respect the people there. You are in their Country afterall. ANYHOW the Mex Docs Script will make you 100% legal, and there's pretty much nothing the Customs Agent can say or do, unless he just doesnt like you, and decides he is going to take your shit for shits & giggles. The Agent certainly can do that, although by Law he would be in the wrong. I'm sure that happens from time to time though. Jobs like that would, I imagine, cause a man to develop a severe hatred for the human race at times.

In general, USA prescriptions are not valid outside the USA. I don't know about Mexico, but Canadian pharmacies have Canadian doctors on staff who simply rewrite the prescriptions for the pharms.

I happened to ask this same question to customs about 3 weeks ago when walking back over the border in TJ. The pharmacy said that a mexican script was the way to go, but when I asked customs they told me a mexican script was no good and a U.S. script was needed for passing.That said it still isnt cost effective.
