In a NPC show, it is scored by 1- 5 or how ever many guys are on stage, we will use five for simplcity...
Three rounds:
Round 1 symetry round (quarter turns) and 60 seconds for the judges
Round 2 Manatory posing round
----this round includeds all the poses...front ands back double, front and back lat, side chest and side tricep, thigh and abdominal, and favorite most muscular....
Round 3 Free posing
The first two rounds are the only ones that count , the third round is done at the night show and is for show only, except in the Pros...
you will be graded on presentation, muscularity, density, conditioning, muscle development ansd seperation, adn overall symatry...you will be placed 1 - 5 th depending on how you look compaired to the other guys...Lets say there are five judges You recive a score from each one, for example....2,2,4,1,3...ok, now your top and low scores are thrown out if there are doing it by traditional judging...which leaves you with a 2,2,3, the 1 and the 4 are your high and low....ok that totals...7 points for round 1, they will do the same with round 2...the person with the lowest amount of points will win, if there is a tie, the head judge will break it.
