Ok...I'm28, str8 as an arrow and monogmous for at lease 8 years..........I've used AAS in the past but never shared a needle. No other IV drug use. In college (8 years ago) I had my share of the ladies and f-ing pricked my finger once givving AAS to a rommate. NOW, 7 years later, I have a low WBC, low testosterone, and weight loss. I've been severely restrictive with my diet trying to get to 6% so I'm hoping all this has to do with that and the fact that I used deca and test with no pct about 16 months ago. Hoping that shut me down. Doc had me tested for HIV today as all the other tests (Hep,etc.) came back neg...........I have zero symptoms, cant remeber the last time I was really sick, so my question is, am I a candidate???? God I hope not and I'm worried sick. I changed my diet about 5 weeks ago and am now up 8 pounds.....what do you think?

First of all, I really hope not.
Secondly, I am sure you are not. Everyone gets paranoid when getting tested for HIV, it is a normal thing to suddenly think about it... from what you say it sounds highly unlikely to me that you are positive man.
I understand from your diet and routine that you have been doing cardio 5 days a week for a year along working out 5 days a week also. so your body must be highly fatigued. so much cardio and such low body fat % means you were probably more fatigued then you thought.
Also I understand you sleep like 5-7 hours a night and wake up 2-3 times a night, I am no doctor but that sounds like something that along with restricted calories and all that physical activity would effect testosterone levels too.
Maybe you need a 3 week holiday and too start working out a easier routine, getting more sleep... don't eat or drink too much before bed so that you get a nights sleep without waking up to piss etc...
From your posts you sound as fit as can be anyway...

I guess first impressions should sometimes be ignored. Didn't think I like our stle bro, but as I see more of your posts and information, I apologize for any harsh feelings. Impressed that you absorb so much info (sort of scares me that you know so much about moi ....lol) but I like that...shows initiative......thanks for the reply and you are 100%...thats exactly what Ive been doing and why I changed my diet and routine and its showing in the gym.......just that whole AAS use (not knowing the source) and sticking myself really scares me....but like I said, I have no other symptoms....never get sick (even with a low wbc).......someone told me you get flu like symptoms often. True? Sure I'm fatigued sometimes, but never bed ridden and prob. just from overtraining......wouldnt I be showing some serious symptoms? Thanks again for your advice........3 day it is.....

Um, dude, I think you're really overreacting.

That was "8" years ago. You'd probably be showing signs or know you have HIV by now.

You pricked your finger. So what? Did this person have HIV? Don't know do you? Chill out bro.

I don't think you have HIV and your bodyweight is up 8lbs. I think you still are overdoing it on cardio and other ish, but you most likely don't have HIV.

If you did which you most likely don't, you would get sick more than usual and every time it would be a battle.

The test will come back negative.

Bro i think you will be fine. I think you have just overworked your body and need a break. Take some time off and relax.

Good to hear..Ive waited for different tests before and know how much it can suck.Take a break and get back after it when you feel ready. One thing about the body, when it needs a break it will let you know.

However, I am having a liver biopsy done friday and I'm extremely nervous.........my liver enzymes wont bounch back......i know its gentic in some, but my doc wants to be sure............damn!

Does training decrease WBC count? My count barely makes the Low norm range at 4.6 but 6.6 while on steroids (test/var). Range is 4.3-10.

What freaked me out was I googled for "low wbc count" and almost every result was HIV, AIDS, HIV , AIDS. 30 minutes later I'm on the way to a lab to get a test... will get my results tomorrow. This waiting period is hell, makes you think about every encounter you've ever had.

Anyone here know what other CBC factors are effected by HIV? I'm probably over reacting but anxiety is a mofo!
