What is scar tissue? How do you know if you have it and what does it feel like? If you have scar tissue should you avoid that area?

from what i know if you inject on one site to often your body will react to the aggression by forming scar tissue so try to rotate sites to avoid this from happening, another way is when injecting if you don't reach the muscle and the substance stays in the facia or fat then becomes a sterile abscess and then this becomes scar tissue, it just feels like a little hard bump inside your glute or any other site and yea avoid the area for a while just shoot aside it or simply go to another inject site.
