Scar Tissue

Is there anything you know of to help get rid of it? Is it possible.

I have heard that ultrasound treatment helps.

You don't ever get rid of it.
I had ultra sound used on both my bicept tendons. It helps get medication into the muscle.
Nothing gets rid of scar tissue!

Its getting pretty dam painful to inject. Ive done it everywhere. Besides for sucking it up like a man, what would you suggest to make it less painful?
