scar from gyno surgery-need advice

I had surgery for gyno about a year ago, and scar tissue has accumulated at the site of incision forming a large mass (keloid). I've tried various scar reducing creams, vitamin E, and silicone strips that are suppose to reduce the scar, but with no success. Does anyone know where I can get cortisone or dexamethasone?
I'm confident that cortisone injections into the scar will reduce the keloid, but can't find a source. It's not a controlled substance so locating a supply should not be difficult....I hope.
Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance.

hhhhhhhhhmmmmmmmmmmm, how about a doctor maybe???

Cortizone may not be scheduled but it is still a prescription med. Don't ask for this hear. Go to a doc and get a script.

I had a gyno surgery 2 years ago and have some scar tissue under my left nipple. U can only tell when i reise my arm.

Let me know when you get this doen i am intrested as well...

Yes.....the doctor! I've thought of that, but they have to administer it, and that means bimonthly visits for god knows how long. I don't have the time, patience, or money to do that. I'm sure I can administer it safely myself if I only have a source.
I'm a PhD, and work and a hospital, but still cannot get a source! I never thought it would be this hard to get since I've been able to get practically everything else.
Any suggestions?
