how many use milk thistle as a liver detox/protection and saw palmetto for hair loss/prostate?

how effective is saw palmetto on blocking dht?

I'm buggin myself out about this hairloss I've been experiencing.

I use saw palmetto for the prostate though. Not sure about its effectivess regarding hairloss though.

is there any chance milk thistle could cause acne? I was taking 10g of b5 for 4 days and then started taking taking milk thistle and I broke out in cysts on my chin.

that sucks ass. Well I guess I may need to find some other liver supps to use with orals, cause I don't wanna have these huge cysts all over my face.
