The sauna keeps your body temperature up. It isn't proven that it has fat burning capabilities. It causes more sweat which results in more water weight loss.
Thanks bro's!!! I does relax me a good bit after an intense workout and seems to keep my bloat down so I guess I am good to go!! Though maybe after going in there after a workout when my Heart rate is cranked would help burn a little fat
Even on a low sodium diet I bloat of AS easily so I go to the sauna for 10 minutes and then jump in the ice tub up to my neck for 3 minutes, then go to hot tub for 5 minutes and I feel like a million bucks.
