saturated fat

Too general a question, too many variables involved. When cutting, the only saturated fat you should be taking in is from meat, and that's only because it's unavoidable. Other than that, you want to avoid it as much as possible.
 
How is saturated fat intake more detrimental while cutting than unsaturated fat intake?

I notice that whenever I eat a steak, or other foods with decent saturated fat content, I don't feel hungry for much longer than if I ate approx. the same nutrition content from unsaturated fats.
