ok my man here it goes...

but let me first begin by saying that i feel odd giving any advice when there are bros like quadsweep, needsize, galaxy, dialtone and MANY others who have been around much much longer than me and proof is in their amazing physiques. they should be given much credit for their dedication to the sport, and while i probably have a little more knowledge than the average recreational bb'er, they are the ones i look up to.

now...

for a long time, i bounced between bulkers and cutters. each cycle lasting 8-12 weeks.

nowadays, my bulkers and cutters are only 2 weeks long!
yes!! ONLY 2 WEEKS!

basically, i run a 2 week cutter and IMMEDIATELY jump into a 2 week bulker.
i do that for about 10-12 weeks then stop taking the sauce and jump into post cycle therapy.

as i dont compete nor model, water retention isnt a concern.
so my choice of gear for both cutters and bulkers is the same.

for this 12 weeker i use sustanon at 750mg a week, although 400mg primo/400 deca is still my all time favorite choice for bulkers and cutters!
im now on week 5 and added tren at 125mg eod.

during cutters, i like to add a strong anti-catabolic like dbol.
only because the body goes through more stress than normal given the limited calorie intake, cardio, and training sessions.

in fact, i remember gettin bashed when i theorized about natural bulking and juice for cutting. my rationale is that during cutting phases, the body goes through MUCH more stress thus the must for gear. but anyhow..

the diet is the key!
i have to admit, and i'm not ashamed of this... i use dnp for the 2 week cutting runs. training is 5-6 days a week and i add 4 or 5 cardio sessions too. i make sure the cardio sessions are at least 8 hours spaced... so sometimes its a light a.m cardio session and a p.m weight training.. or flipsided. i honestly dont like to take days off unless i REALLY REALLY feel beat! another truth that probably isnt the best for my body but i'm a believer in extreme measures and if i dont hit the wall, i keep goin!

besides, they say go with what works, and whats worked for me is training til i hit the way.. no walls yet so i keep goin!

carb intake on cutting routines is under 50g a day. protein at around 300-350g a day, and fat around 100g a day.

during bulkers, i dont do any cardio!
i eat plenty, but i eat smart!
that means no stupid food!
sure ill have a slice of pizza or a burger.
but most of my food intake comes from healthy foods..
i just eat 7-9 meals a day.

during bulkers, protein intake is 300mg, carb intake is around 500-600g, and fat intake around 75-100g.

sleep sleep sleep!!
i'm very lucky to have a laid back job that allows me to sleep as much as i want.
so i try to sleep as much as possible. usually 8-10 hours a night, and another 2 in the afternoon... and when i'm awake, i try to be as inactive as possible.

also, its vital that you bust a load at least a few times a week.
and i dont mean chokin the chicken..

Nice ass post bruh.......K is coming your way.....2 favors, will you give a quick rundown on what you might eat on any given bulk and any given cut day?

Also, how many mgs are you taking?
 
INteresting routine with the 2 weeks bulk 2 weeks cut I can see it could also be benenficial in not getting to much fat from bulking for like 12 weeks. Also cutting for 2 weeks at under 50g of carbs a day, by the time you start to really feel the effects from no carbs like be lethargic and tired you are back to bulking again. That is thinking outside the box I like it.

meal 1 is right as i awake: 40g whey isolates followed by a meal no more than 45 minutes after.

typical meals while cutting:

5 eggs.. slap on some tabasco for the flavor!

breast of chicken, lettuce, 2 tomatoes

nuts, 40g whey concentrate

12oz steak.

can of tuna in olive oil, lettuce, more lettuce... then ill stare down my macaroni and cheese stash with envy amazed at how extreme i am for putting my body though this shit.

while bulking i just eat whatever.. rice, pasta, bread, and of course all of the above protein selections.

Count calories or never? Also, advcate of eating just before bed esp. when bulking? Cardio on empty tank? So many questions, but we have the same theories....like it......you der man........
 
as far as cardio sessions while cutting...

i dont like to go too intense.
a 45 minute bike ride light intensity is plenty.
or a 30 minute medium paced walk.

remember that while on dnp, you dont exactly have the energy to complete a super intense cardio session.. and i try to reserve my energy to the daily workout session.

always eat before bedtime.. no matter what!
in fact, i pound 1 shake in teh middle of the night too!

doesnt matter if doin cardio on empty tank..
the point is to expand calories.
 
What are ya'lls thoughts on red meat while cutting? Steak and burgers. Burgers with no bun or a whole wheat bun.

If a newb was to attempt this, would a low dose of deca/sus work in the same fashion?

200mg of deca/250Sus250 for the entire 12 weeks, rotating bulkin and cutting every 2 weeks? Maybe adding in EQ during the cutting phase -although EQ might take too long to react....hmmm....
